2015-16 Season Subscriptions available, with Single Tickets on sale starting August 3rd!
DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (July 6, 2015) – The Daytona Beach Symphony Society’s 64th Season at the Peabody Auditorium, Daytona Beach, in 2015-16, will be another wonderful celebration of the performing arts. The season features seven performances as part of the International Series season subscription, and one special fundraising event, for a total of 8 performances in 2015-16.
Highlights for the upcoming season include opening night with the Munich Symphony Orchestra, featuring Pepe Romero, with his Romeros Quartet, on classical guitar; the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra with soloist Danielle Akta, a young, rising star cellist; and a spectacular combination of beautiful music and amazing acrobatic feats, when Cirque de la Symphonie joins the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra.

“The Daytona Beach Symphony Society is privileged to offer another exceptional season for 2015-2016, including world class symphony orchestras, dance and opera,” notes Dr. Dallas Weekley, chairman of the Artistic Advisory Council.
“And we are excited to continue to offer the free pre-concert lecture series, also held at the Peabody Auditorium, this season,” adds Tracy Marino, Director of Marketing & Development. “Our commitment to the community is reflected in these free lectures, as well as through our other programs, including Youth Experiencing Symphony (YES!), and discounts for students, families and Volusia County School employees.”
